 This study reveals the problem segmentation of abnormal and normal tissues from MRI images using gray-level co-occurrence matrix (GLCM) feature extraction and probabilistic neural network (PNN) classiﬁer.The trained dataset images for which the features extracted were trained using probabilistic neural network (PNN) classiﬁer for the classiﬁcation purpose, whereas the test dataset was not trained using PNN classiﬁer, only the statistical and textural features were extracted.
