u=(t.*sin(3.*t)).^m;

w=diff(u,t,2);

dy1=diff(y,t,1);

dy2=diff(y,t,2);

y(t)=dsolve(dy2-(5*dy1)+(4*y)==randi(w),dy2(0)==0,dy1(0)==0,dy2==0,dy1(0)==0);

Try randi():

randomIndex = randi(length(w), 1);
randomW = w(randomIndex);

or something like that.
