how do I display a semilogy on the 2D axes of APP Designer?

I'm willing to plot the data of a table on the 2D axes of a GUI made with app designer, in form of semilogy, but I cannot seem to do it. is there anyone here who can help? My table is in form of 4 columns of real numbers, and I'm trying to plot something like:
load ('file.mat', Table1);
semilogy(Table1(:,2), Table1(:,1), '*-')
Table1 is 847x4, so if you really need it to find a solution, you'd need to tell me how to extract and post it here.
