how I could detect borders and make segmentation for skin cancer lesion ?

hello I have problem of segmentation , I have XLs file containing dataset information , I make reading for the file using data = readtable('.csv'); but how I could make seegmentation after reading the jpg images .

You could use the Image Processing Toolbox. Search this forum for posts on skin cancer or melanoma - they're quite common.
