interchange contour plot among segmentations

Hi I want to make a contour plot, associated with a segmentation contour, that changes in between slices of a stack of 2d images. So, assuming we have 20 images, with different segmented contours, then the contour plot should change 20 times to match the corresponding segmentation for every image out of 20. So, if we have a video and an active contour that changes then the contour plot should also change real time, to catch up the size of the contour.
Any idea, of how to do that?
