sdwriter.exe doesn't work

Hy everybody,
I have a big problem which I can't really solve but I have to solve it as fast as possible.
I have MATLAB 2017b with Raspberry Pi Supportpackage for Simulink/MATLAB.
If I want to write the image from mathworks to my SD-card I get an error "sdwriter.exe doesn't work".
I allready tried to run MATLAB as administrator and serveral other things like copying files around.
But I always get the same error and I can't write the image on the SD-card.
Hopefully somebody can help me out here!

I have the same problem, maybe someone could solve the problem, or any suggestion that you can give us please is urgent thanks
