Need to implement PMSM dynamic model

Hi there,
Can you provide me some example simulink and matlab code for PMSM dynamic model. I need few factors along with it..
line-to-line voltage
q-axis inductance
d-axis inductance
per phase stator resistance
No-load line voltage
Maximum speed
Limited current Number of poles
Switching frequency
Start-up torque

If an implementation using pure Simulink is needed I would start from the equations in dq-reference frame. The model should include the folowing subparts: Park transform for obtaining vdq from vabc, electruical model implementing taking as input vdq and outputing idq, torque equation, dynamical equation to obtain the rotor speed.
