How do I convert a for-loop into a parfor-loop?

for example

 a = rand(100,10);
 b = ones(10, 10);
 backtest_corr = cell(10,2);
 for i=1:10
        backtest_corr{i,1} = a;
        backtest_corr{i,2} = b;
end

Result : backtest_corr in 10x2 cell array.
