How to classify mark in answer sheet?

Hi, I want to ask how to classify mark in answer sheet? Below is my answer sheet. After the mark is segmented, I'm not sure how to proceed the analysis in order to classify the mark and produce the result. Can someone help me to show the next step?

I did this long ago for someone. See attached example, and adapt as needed.
