Arduino Uno cannot acquire data from sensor after multiple external run

Hi, I am trying to read data from MPU6050 from matlab simulink by using Arduino Uno. At first I am able to run it and acquire the data but after a few runs then there is no data appear and I have recieved diagnostics viewer from Matlab.Is there any ways for me to clear the data from memory and start again?
