sir can u please guide me ..how to go further with subplots ......as u told "you could also adjust the positions of the subplot, so that their edges touch, followed by saveas."so how to do this...suggest by giving code

You really shouldn't do that if the image parts are the same size.

But if you insist: first get the handle to every subplot axes object (just save the output of subplot in an array), and set the Units property to Normalized. Then it is trivial to set the Position property to increasing fractions. Make sure your figure has the same aspect ratio as your image parts and you are ready to use saveas.
