I have created a standalone application using MATLAB deploytool but when I run it,it takes about 1-2 minutes to load and show my GUI.Can I add splash screen till that time or is there any way to reduce this time?

Have you packaged a whole lot of products you don't need into the *.exe? Cut down the products to what you actually need and you should see a speedup in deploy and opening time.

My application contains few m files,few mat files,few GUIs and few images which are part of my program.How to speed up my opening time in this case?

So does it use, for example, anything from the Bioinformatics Toolbox? If not, then don't include this toolbox in the build. This can be controlled in the "utilities gear thingy" -> Settings -> Toolboxes on path
