kinect + matlab

hello everybody, I'm new to this world and I've read some interesting things here around but I'm just bit confused, I'd like to use matlab to plot a sort of point cloud, with the points taken from kinect. I've kinect sdk 1, not the beta version, what I've to do? cause I've just found something for openNi or others, not the official sdk, something to install?? any help?? thank you!!
