I'm moving from MATLAB R2017a to R2018a. An error occurred when initializing a Simulink model on R2018a, which did not exist on R2017a.

Initialization commands cannot be evaluated.
Caused by:
block_diagram does not have a parameter named 'MaskType'

This happens for several blocks of the aerospace blockset like '3x3 Cross Product' and 'Create 3x3 Matrix'.

Is there any warning pops up that you should use Upgrade Advisor to fix these kind of situations caused by release changes?

I think no. I tried to run Upgrade Advisor, but it did not give any useful suggestion.
