How can i use Kalman filter in simulink to detect the errors in a sinusoidal signal ?

Hello every one, I am working on a projet in which i have a systeme generetes two signals sin and cos with errors between these two signals like amplitude imbalance, phase shift ... i need to detect and correct these error ... i want to use the Kalman filter to detect these errors ... is this possible ? and if it possible how can i do that on simulink ? Help please
