I need to plot spatial frequency spectra of different kinds of papers

Can u suggest anything about this

Ummm... Get samples of several kinds of paper, take images of them under carefully controlled conditions (e.g., illumination from exactly the same place each time), and then calculate and plot the spatial frequency spectrum of each one?

This reduces the problem to the question of how to plot the spatial frequency spectrum of _one_ image. I'll leave that to you, as I do not recognize those terms when put together in that combination.
