my input data size is converting automatically in different data size.

I have taken 10*50 input data set and 1*50 target output data set. when I feed the data in neural network time series tool box the input data set is automatically converting into 1*50 matrix.why is this happening? both the input and target output data has been taken in excel numeric data.

At the time of loading..you need to tell what is out put and input..did you do that?
