error while calculating minutie..

I have Binary hand vein image (attached here) of size 60 X 60, i try to extract minutie from this binary image with following program, but following program already having enhancement and thinning process which is already did by me, the issue is size of my image and program image does not match, what kind of parameter values i need to specify i dont understand (code is attached here refer ext_vein).
