can any one suggest me how to get the documentation for converting Matlab code to C code.it would be better if i get any pdf files regards k.v.swamy.

That is the (expensive) MATLAB Coder product, outlined at http://www.mathworks.com/products/matlab-coder/ . You can click on the Documentation link on the left side of that page.
Note: MATLAB Coder is not available for MATLAB Student Version licenses.
