Error in expression for 'Vact/CO2 ', an input index exceeds its input width of 2 Component: Simulink | Category: Block error Error in port widths or dimensions. Invalid dimension has been specified for output port 1 of 'Vact/Bus Creator'.

i developed a simulink model on matlab 2015a reggarding DFIG. I got two errors at the time of running the simulink model.
if any one having idea regadring this type of errors please help me and give me a explanation
