I am getting an error "Undefined function or variable 'Dictionary'".

I have used switch case in my function such that for training (part1 ) case 1 will be executed and for testing (part 2) case 2 will be executed. However, the variable Dictionary created in case 1 will be used to case 2 also. The function which I have wrote is

Change the name of variable, avoid case as variable variable.
