Report Generation checkID errors

Hello,
I am trying to generate report from polyspace bug finder, but there is an exception which I can't find any solution despite I searched almost all questions about polyspace. After bug finder results done, I am clicking "Reporting/Run Report.." from top bar. Then, "Update Justifications" dialog opening after a little while, "Run Report" dialog opening. In "Select reports" section I choose BugFinder but it does not matter what I choose, problem occurs in every situation. I don't change other settings, I just click "Run Report" but errors occur.
