how can I perform the upscale resampling of satellite image using matlab? (matlab 2017a)

There is an geotiff image with 1 meter per pixel. I want to resample as 5 and 20 meters per pixel of image and save as geotiff image with map reference. How to resample? At the same time, I should modify or newly define the map reference properties of CellExtentInWorldX, CellExtentInWorldY, RasterSize, XIntrinsicLimits and YIntrinsicLimits. The last two properties could not be modified or defined, which are the read-only properties. Besides, I also try to save the image after clipping the image by binary mask.It is also because of the read-only properties mentioned above.
