I want to design a custom membership function, where three spikes are needed in output MF.

You can try something like the following:
t = 0:0.001:1;
iota = [-1 0 1];
plot(iota(1)*ones(size(t)), t, iota(2)*ones(size(t)), t, iota(3)*ones(size(t)), t, 'linewidth', 2)
axis([-1.2, 1.2, 0, 1.2])
