How to make compatible input file for predefined code and How to call the file in code ?

I am using the following code: ******* clear all; clc; close all;
inpfilename=uigetfile('*.txt','Select the input file');
[nodes,elems,E,A,I,bcs,loads]=getbeamdata2D(inpfilename); ********** I am fairly new to Matlab and trying to create a compatible input file which stores input matrices in nodes,elems,E,A,I,bcs,loads variables like in this image:-
