- Control of Brush less DC motor with Simulink

4 次查看(过去 30 天)
Hi everyone,
I am trying to control the speed of a bldc motor to run very slowly. My circuit consists of only of three components, a driver, motor, and raspberry pi.
I have been able to make the motor spin slowly, but there is a jerky kind of motion, as well as various voltage spikes. Does anyone have any ideas as to what might be going on?
I can upload my simulink program if u guys like, but it simply consists of three sine wave functions attached to the pwm blocks of the raspberry.
The components I am using are: L293D Sunnysky A2212-13 980 KV BLDC
Thanks!

Hello Hans,
Thanks for the comment, the issue was actually a layer of insulation on three wires running out of the bldc motors; this prevented a solid connection between the ic chip and the motor.
