How to update all the simulink block parameter values during initialization phase of the model ( Pl note that this is for a embedded platform)

I have a model that runs on a Texas Instr C2000 controller.The model has few filters for signal processing. The filter block has some parameter values tuned for. I use this controller for different application. Each application transmits its identification to the C2000 controller.
Now, i want the filter block parameters in the C2000 controller to change its value based on the identification it gets
Request some inputs on how to do this
