Makehgtform and the patch starting position

I have provided the file. if you want to try it go ahead, you'll probably see the error in the plotting on the 2nd movement.
The first time it rotates, it does it perfectly. The 2nd time, it looks more like its moving the whole object sideways. I think i figured it out, its the fact that it uses its starting position and the angle is rotating according to that first one. So being at (0,0) the rotation is perfect, but once we're out at maybe (120,120), we're then in a circle that has the radius 120. I want it to rotate on the spot.
Appreciate any advice.
