log in from matlab in ubuntu 18.04 LTS

I have installed Matlab 2018a in Ubuntu 18.04 LTS. I have tried to log in Mathwork by clicking on the "log in" (from the right top corner) but failed to do so. Clicking on the "log in" does not bring any visual change/prompt. What should I do?

Basically, the same problem as mentioned here. Just follow the instruction of the accepted answer. That worked for me.
