Matching data from different data sets

I have two tables. Both of them are combined numbers and text. Each table has an Id column (text). Let's say it's A[1 5 8 f; s 5 6 e; 6 s 8 o; s 5 4 n] and B[s 2 n; 2 t f; 2 4 y]. The last column of each table is an ID column. I need to look in table B rows with matching IDs to A and put it to A so that I can get table C [1 5 8 f 2 t f; s 5 6 e 0 0 0; 6 s 8 o 0 0 0; s 5 4 n s 2 n]. Is there a way to do so?
