Why Simulink Data Inspector do not start?

I have Matlab 2016b and suddendly Simulation Data Inspector stop working, every time try to open it I just get the status of "Starting Simulation Data Inspector..." and never opens. I try to clean the repositories, the cache, I even re-install Matlab but I can't open that feature. Can you help me?
