What are the parameters of Gabor filter in ImGaborFilt?

I am looking for a way to segment an image(basically find the floor) using Gabor filter following this guide: https://www.mathworks.com/help/images/texture-segmentation-using-gabor-filters.html. However, my university did not prolong my Matlab license, so I am using Accord.NET. My issue is that Matlab implementation of Gabor filter only seems to have 2 parameters - wavelength and orientation, but every other source mentions parameters like gaussian deviation, offset, etc. What values of these parameters are used in Matlab?
