how to use bayesian optimization on our images database

I am working on Deep Learning. I want to use Bayesian optimization on my images database. I don't know where I have to call my images database. Can anybody help me.

There is an example of using Bayesian optimization applied to deep learning here in the Neural Network Toolbox™ documentation.

I run this program but this is for there datasets. I want to apply to my datasets for that I need [XTrain YTrain XValidation YValidation]..............I am not able to do that. Can you give an example how to do that? Thanks in advance.
