Blob Extraction

Hey, can anyone help me with the BLOB extraction(filtering) and tracking it through centroid? I am using bwmoroph() to extract it. But I am not getting exactly filter required BLOB. Some disturbance remains. If anyone has code for the BLOB extraction and centroid finding it will be nice. Any kind of help is appreciable.
