How to put charts of different programs in the same graph?

I have two different programs that are giving me graphs with different results. I would like to put the two graphics of these programs in one to compare. I know it has some form, but I'm new to matlab and I do not know how to program a lot. What I would like to do would be to create a script in which I would plot these two graphs or any other way. So I ask for help!
