ztest confidence interval error

ztest function gives a wrong interval when I use tail option with both left and right option.
For example, the result of hypothesis with right tail function results in correct value 0 or 1.
But the confidence intervals shows left tailed results range from lower 5% to inf.
The other case also show similar problem.
