Get video stream from kinect v1 connect to ROS

I have a kinect v1 connected to my laptop which is running ROS on Ubuntu and I want to acquire live video stream from the kinect on my Windows PC running MATLAB which is connected to the laptop via WiFi. How to use the rostopic '/camera/...' to get the live stream on MATLAB. I want to implement a Faster RCNN object detector which I have trained on MATLAB on the video stream.
