We have written some Matlab scripts in Matlab 6.1 but it is not running perfectly on MATLAB 2006b/2010b/1011a. what are the changes Mathworks has done while upgrading from MATLAB 6.1 to MATLAB 2006b? what are the changes Mathworks has done while upgrading from MATLAB 6.1 to MATLAB 20010b? what are the changes Mathworks has done while upgrading from MATLAB 6.1 to MATLAB 20011a?

Search for the Release Notes; there has been a lot of new development over the years.
If you have some specific error messages, we may be able to tell you what kind of change needs to be made.
