Improvements in Simulink audio blocks for pi

We use simulink and audio system toolbox on a rpi.
We noticed two things that can be improved, if no mistake :
- audio capture(alsa) : the only available output datatypes are 8/16/32 bits integer but, if no mistake, alsa supports single or even double. Then, these datatypes should be directly available in the block parameters.
- audio playback : the documentation claims that it supports int8, int16, int32 but int32 seems not to work (to test, chain for example an audio capture block with int32 output and an audio playback...).
Can this be improved in a future release ?
