Bidirectional Port

In our model we require one bi directional port. How can i define a bidirectional port in stateflow.

Perhaps you can tell us more what you mean by bi-directional? In the Simulink environment, signals flow is uni-directional. For domains that require bi-directional flow, we have the SimScape environment.

The Simscape connection port is bidirectional but in Simulink in/out port are unidirectional.
