Tektronic Keithley 2450 Example

I know MATLAB was the best software to use with other Keithley Source-Measurement-Units for data acquisition, but can not find any examples with USB interface with the Keithley 2450 - would this be supported? Is there an example code that could be utilized or edited for this function? Thanks
