Sort coordinates into groups depending on their location

Hello everyone,
attached you will find an image of an aerofoil rib. The blue points represent areas of maximum stress. I have the coordinates of those areas in one array. I am looking for a general way to sort those coordinates in different arrays for each area. So in this case i want to have 5 different sets of coordinates.
