Smooth function not working in R2015b

end

figure, surf(x_ax, time_ft, ft_smo);
ylabel('time sec');
xlabel('bouton #');
zlabel('Fluo Int');
The error I get is:
Undefined function 'smooth' for input arguments of type 'double'.
Error in vglutpH_NH4Cl_Brad4 (line 167) ft_smo(:,k) = smooth (ft(:,k), 0.2,'loess');
