Reading .xlsx data with header text

Hi all, how to read .xlsx data which is having text a header. I want to the same format even after i save the data from matlab to .txt

The readtable function works for both spreadsheet (.xlsx) and text files (.txt). It will also consider the first row as the header.
T1 = readtable('File1.txt');
T2 = readtable('File2.xlsx');
