Matlab crash

I have integrated Matlab with .net when I deployed the application when I run my application it get crashed I have apply debug tool and analyze the following error. Can any one help me?
In w3wp__DW_QA__PID__4604__Date__06_11_2012__Time_01_11_49PM__440__Second_Chance_Exception_C0000005.dmp the assembly instruction at m_dispatcher!Mdispatcher::GetCurrentlyExecutingFunctionDepth+13 in C:\Program Files (x86)\MATLAB\MATLAB Compiler Runtime\v717\bin\win32\m_dispatcher.dll has caused an access violation exception (0xC0000005) when trying to read from memory location 0x0000000f on thread 0
I am using Matlab R2012a
can any one help me?
