MATLAB Crash when get error message or opening plot tools etc.

Hello, I am facing an annoying issue. When I run a script and it works without any error everything is OK but if it fails MATLAB also crashes. Recently I figure out that when I also open plot tools from figure interface MATLAB crashes again. Please help me I've already sent crash report but no answer given.Output of the crash report is attached. Please help me I don't want to restart MATLAB at every error.

Problem solved, I was try to connect to mysql database by using ODBC driver and MATLAB has an incompatibility issue with ODBC 8.0 drivers, using ODBC 5.3 solved the crash problem. Thanks for the technical support team.
