How can I convolve multiple sounds stored in my computer and play them on MATLAB?

It depends.
What does "stored on my computer" mean? Are you able to import them to Matlab? What does "convolve" exactly mean? Perhaps by the command conv? What have you tried so far and which problem occurs?
