My Matlab Online R2018a is not working properly. What should I do?

It is getting stuck at loading screen and not performing any of the commands typed.

If this issue has appeared unexpectedly, it might be due to a temporary server outage. You can check the current status of MATLAB services by visiting the following page: https://status.mathworks.com/. Please verify if the MATLAB Online service was unavailable during the time you experienced the issue.
Alternatively, you might want to try using a different browser, such as Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. According to the official documentation, Google Chrome is the recommended browser.
