Automatic Single Particle Tracking

How can I want to track a particle (micrometer) by specifically clicking it. There could be set of particles and I am particular at tracking them individually.

The Computer Vision System Toolbox has lots of tracking capabilities, which will save you time and make your life easier. https://www.mathworks.com/products/computer-vision/features.html#object-tracking-and-motion-estimation
Do you have that toolbox?

Unfortunately, no, I don't have that toolbox.
You can get a free 30 day trial. It will save you a lot of time over doing it yourself. For the general case where you have particles entering and leaving the field of view, occluding each other, making large displacements, etc., it will save you a lot of time over rewriting all those functions yourself.
