Correct form of a GLME equation

I'm trying to fit a Poisson Generalized Mixed Model of an LDA analysis of topics in a corpus.
I have a table (glmeVars) with three variables: year, topic (1:25), docs (#ofDocs published for said topic in said year).
I want to determine topic popularity through time by fitting a Poisson GLME with random intercept (mean #ofDocs) and slope (rate of change in #ofDocs across years).
Is this the correct form?
model = fitglme(glmeVars, 'docs ~ topic + (topic | year)', 'Distribution','Poisson', 'verbose', 0, 'StartMethod', 'random');
Secondly, how do I extract the intercept and slope for each topic probability line through time?
Thanks
